Phillip Island kangaroos

You can find wallabies, a small type of kangaroo, in most rural areas of Phillip Island. When walking through the Oswin Roberts Reserve just north of the Koala Conservation Centre one will often startle these small kangaroos, who are most active just on sunset. The occasional larger kangaroo has been sighted near San Remo, just over the bridge when leaving Phillip Island.
