Seaside Studio
Realising that some travellers are on a strict budget, we have opened our budget accommodation, Seaside Studio. Located on the same property, you are still in a great location within an easy 3 minute walk to the beach and a leisurely 5 minute stroll to the main street. OK, you don't have any views but it's funky, colourful, functional and absolutely cute!
Downstairs Lounge Area
Cute and funky, but still with some mod-cons! HDTV, DVD player and ceiling fan ensure you're still quite comfortable, close to the kitchenette.
The Kitchenette
Basic but functional, it has a double sink, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, small electric benchtop oven and electric frying pan. Of course all crockery, cutlery etc is provided, but note there is no stove or saucepans!
The Bathroom
Just around the corner from the downstairs lounge, it's amazing what you squeeze into a tiny space! Shower, toilet and vanity, though watch your head, it's definitely not for tall people!
The Courtyard
Some comfy outdoor chairs, table, gas BBQ and screened from the street and the elements, perfect on a balmy night!
The Master Bedroom
Upstairs you'll find a double bed, desk with complimentary broadband connection (no WiFi!) and portable evaporative cooler.
The Upstairs 2nd Room
Leading off the double bedroom is this small room, with single bed and bedside table, lamp and small desktop fan.
The Downstairs Room
The view is not great, but the single bed is lovely and comfy, and you have the luxury of a ceiling fan in summer!
Rates
For overnight stays the unit is priced at $150/double per night, with extra persons charged at $20pp, on a fully self catering basis with linen and towels included. Weekly stays range from $400 to $1000. Note that during high season and Special Events a minimum night stay policy applies and tariff is based on an occupancy of up to the maximum of 4 persons.
