Self-contained cottage for two persons, fully self catering, linen and towels included. We are very much aware of the impact of the woodfires on our environment, so we have reduced our winter tariffs for those guests who are happy to use the (more economical and environmentally friendly) split system. However, should you wish to utilise the woodfire we are happy to provide firewood and kindling at an additional charge of $20/day. Please advise us when booking.

Island Explorer Package

Two nights accommodation for two persons, including a full cooked breakfast daily (guesthouse) or full breakfast hamper (cottage), admission to the Penguin Parade, Koala Conservation Centre and Churchill Island.
$450 in-house, $525 cottage.

Family adventure package

Two nights fully self catering accommodation for a family of 3 or 4 in Seaside Studio (our budget accommodation), including admission to the Penguin Parade, Koala Conservation Centre and Churchill Island, family ticket to A'Maze 'N Things (maze, illusion room, maxi golf and puzzle island).
$525 family of 2 adults and up to 2 children U/12.
Note: this is fully self catering, no breakfast hamper included and not suitable for persons taller than 1.9m!

Booking & Cancellation Policy:
When making a booking, a deposit of one night's tariff or credit card details are required within five working days to secure your booking. Should you cancel within 14 days of date of arrival, we reserve the right to charge one night's tariff as a cancellation fee if we don't manage to re-book the accommodation. For group bookings of three rooms or more a cancellation period of 30 days applies.

Check in is 2pm onwards, check out 11am (10am Studio Apartment). If possible please call us on the day of arrival with your expected arrival time.
